Construction Project Manager

**Pay is between $55,000-$70,000/year based on skill, experience, quality of work and professionalism**


We are seeking a team player, experienced in drywall and painting. Project Manager needs  to be organized, have good customer relations skills and scheduling experience.


Project Manager must have experience in drywall and painting at least 5 + years. You will need a relationship with multiple drywall subcontractors to schedule work to. (Your cousins uncle will not be enough) your daily duties will include scheduling, at times up to 10 projects per week.

Candidate must be knowledgeable with drywall and painting, commercial , new construction and remodeling. Knowledgeable with construction software, google calendar, and scheduling.


Managing, Scheduling, Hiring and Staying on budget with skills at Contract negotiations.


Presentable vehicle, clean appearance, laptop and open Monday- Friday schedule. Bringing new ideas to the table, for growth and profitability.


Pay base negotiated upon hiring. $55-$70k Salary

1 week paid vacation

1 week sick leave

Mileage reimbursement

Periodically Job commissions as a bonus

Insurance/401k benefits after trial period
